Analyze business data, operational performance, and key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Gather, understand, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or relevant tools.

Monitor KPIs, identify process gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.

Prepare business reports, presentations, and actionable insights for management.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track deliverables and resolve operational issues.

Support UAT, system enhancements, and implementation of process improvements.

Mentor junior analysts and ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.

Required Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Advanced MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, and reporting skills.

Experience in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement.

Good understanding of KPIs, MIS reporting, and dashboard development.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Requirement: 5–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or operations analytics.
